Its name is God Of War II. It was released for PS 2 but now we can play it on PC with the help of PSX emulator. But you dont need to set the setting . The game has default setting which is recommended and its easy for you. I have made it more easier that i created a easy to use setup by myself so you can easily install game from that setup and after installtion play game from desktop, and if you experience some type of problem in playing game, then you can also configure settings by yourself and its also very easy. God Of War II is a third person action adventure video game. developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by www.realpcgamers.blogspot.com. First released for PS 2console on 13 March 2007, it is second installment in the God Of War series. The game is loosely based on Greek mythology an set is ancient Greece, with vengeance as its central motif. The player controls the protagonist Kratos, the new God Of War who killed the former,Ares. Kratos is betrayed by Zeus, the King of Olympian God, who strips him of his godhood and kills him. Slowly dragged to the Underworld, he is saved by the titan Gaia, who instructs him to find the sisters of fate, as they can allow him to travel back in time, averts his betrayal, and take revenge on Zeus. Unsuccessful at killing Zeus, Kratos use the power of the fates to retrive the titans from the past and leads them in an assault on Mount Olympus.
The gameplay is very similar to the previous installment, and focuses on combo based combat achieved through the players main weapon-Athena's Blades- and secondary weapon acquired throughout the game. It features quick time events that require the player to complete various game controller actions in a timed sequence to defeat stronger enemies and bosses. The player can use upto four magical attacks and a power enhancing ability as alternative combat options. The game also features puzzles and platforming elements. In addition to its vastly similar gameplay, God Of War II features improved puzzles and four times as many bosses as the original.
God of War II has been acclaimed as one of the best PS 2 and action games and was 2007's game of the year at the golden joystick award. In 2009 IGN listed it as the second best playstation game of all time and both IGN and GameSpot consider it the swan song of the PlayStation 2era. In 2012 complex magazine named God Of War II the best PS 2 game of all time/ The gameplay is very similar to the previous installment.
