I installed DesktopX and tried to load Colossus theme but it doesn't seem to work. I mean it loads the theme but if i click on some of the icons noting is happening. It doesn't open folders nor internet shortcuts.

I am using it on Windows XP and resolution of my laptop is 1280x800.

Dear! You just right click on the icon and select the destination folder, This is little setting which you have to do yourself , Everything is fine you just need to select the path of icons. . . And it will work. . Moreover watch above video carefully. . .

It is working now.

Two more questions:
Can i launch files and folders with single click instead of double clicking?
Also how can i use the "Arguments" field on icon "set target" window?
